Is it possible to correct a rotation error between the eyes? The "auto align" option only seems to detect horizontal and vertical shifts; there is not even a control to correct a slight rotation.

The auto alignment in accordance with images rotation (relative to each other) will be available in future versions of the program. Will also be available and manual rotation.

if you need a tool to do this in the meantime, StereoPhoto Maker can correct for rotation.
