I found an email from last year to the "2checkout.com" payments web site.
I went there and logged into my "shopper" account.
I changed my credit card payment info to reflect my current credit card number.
The order is still pending status, but there is now no reason why it can't be processed. It looks like I can't trigger the payment event. I assume it will happen automatically.
Last year, I got an email from 2checkout that my order had failed.
This year I did not get an email notification.
