I run 64-bit version of Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox never work to upload images from the Phereo.com website anymore for me. They used to work fine, but both stopped many months ago.
When using either of those browsers now and I try to upload parallel images, I just about always see the Load parallel/Load cross-eye upload button choices in the popup box, and they are never grayed out, but sometimes they are missing.
When they are missing though, I can always get them back by doing a screen refresh.
However when I do select an image to upload, the progress bar just moves only slightly, then stops.
The image is not uploaded, and the upload box just returns to wanting me to select either Load parallel or Load cross-eye again.
I have not had complete upload failure when using either Edge or Internet Explorer 11 though, as both still work fine. Only on a couple occasions when using the Edge browser have the parallel/cross-eye upload selection buttons not appeared, and it was easily fixed with a screen refresh. I have been using Edge for all my uploads to Phereo.com now on a weekly basis without failure.
Some people seem to experience zero issues while others have intermittent or constant issues with one or more programs.
It's very odd that we can't seem to be able to pin the issue to a specific OS and version, or just certain programs either, it's all over the place!
Frustrating, isn't it?
