Google Analytics

Has anyone got Google Analytics to work with Phereo? I created the site within Analytics and added the site ID to Phereo under Portfolio -> Track visitors using Google Analytics, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas?

When I look at the source of our pages, the google analytics code is there. Problem is that the site code for analytics is not the one I put in on the phereo site, instead it is using UA-16820986-1. I assume this is the main one for the phereo site.
