Checking credit card details?

Claim: First post in 2013 in the Phereo Forums. :-)

My "Phereo PRO" account is coming up for auto-renewal on February 1st, 2013. But I'm not sure the expiry date on the credit card I used (I forget which one I used) with Phereo last year is still correct. Is it possible to check the details I gave to Phereo and correct them if necessary? Or do I just manually renew after February 1st if the auto-renewal fails?

Hello!

Your previous payment is not automatically renewable as you might think. Accordingly, after February 1 you can a purchase PRO-account again.

But remember, the next payment will already be as recurring payment to automatically renewal PRO-account.

It is now February 2nd and my Pro account expired yesterday.

It has not yet visibly auto-renewed on the payment page...and does not offer me any opportunity to do it manually.

When will I know if the renewal has been successful?

You find the "Buy PRO Account" button on the http://phereo.com/account page after February 2nd.

Thanks. I have no issues....but you may have issues. :-)

My Pro account has now expired but I still have a Pro account. (Yay!)

I cannot buy / renew a Pro account.

It turns out the "Buy PRO Account" button will appear only after two weeks.

For now you can enjoy a two-week free PRO-account :)

My Pro account finally expired. I have now purchased another Pro account subscription.

It worked. I'm OK for another year.

I will be having the same situation here - I've got a card replaced by my bank and when the account expires the old card will not authorise.

Do I just wait for it to happen and then reapply or is there a way to change the credit card details beforehand?
