display scaling

My new PC is equipped with 10.1"-sized and 2,560×1,600-pixel screen.
I have felt the controls of Phereoshop, e.g. scroll bars, are too thin to provide precise controls.
Now I feel it is almost improssible to operate.
Maybe much to depend on the Qt library, but I believe more and more PCs are to come with higher resolution displays, and this problem will be more serious.
I hope to see improvement on this point with the next release, likely we are having shortly.
