I am not sure this is the right place but here goes. Does anybody answer emails at Phereo. Keep sending for help and info but never get a reply. I need the help to decide whether to upgrade or not...please help?

I upgraded again in November to Pro and that was working, however now in December it is back to Basic Account while in my account says it is paid in November.
