How do I upload images?

I'm new to Phereo and having read reply to 'linuxluver' - who has had similar problems - I've checked that I have the correct Adobe Flash plugin yet I don't seem to able to upload from Firefox, Chrome or I/E. Not sure if I'm doing things correctly. When I click on UPLOAD a white box appears in the centre of the screen prompting me to enter Title, Tags, Description. I can enter this info but nothing happens beyond this stage. How do I upload an image from here? Am i missing something?

Hello!

Open your browser and go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. Check that Flash plugin installed correctly (you will see animation).
Install plugin if it not presented for your browser and then restart the browser.

You can also try install Shockwave plugin: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/

Also note that for IE and Firefox you need install different plugins.

P.S. should look like the upload window:

flash plugin was okay (and correct version for Firefox). Installed shockwave - that's now okay. restarted computer. But same problem persists. Interestingly I don't even see the button for uploading images on the upload window - at least not for side-by-side uploads. The button is there if I select other formats. But even when it is there - clicking on it does nothing.

I've just tried uploading a couple of images and it works for me (Firefox + Win XP).

Perhaps something blocks the flash on your environment. For example, Flash Block or antivirus settings...
Try open this flash game: http://www.flash-game.net/game/6275/soom.html It working?

I've tried again this evening. The "Select Image" button on the window you pasted doesn't work.

Chrome comes with Flash.

I installed Shockwave. No difference.

Yes, I know, so do not understand the cause of the problem. On the Phereo side all work properly. The last advice I can give you - to try delete the browser cache and then restart browser.

3dshoot, I see that you have uploaded a one image to http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/. But I want say that this site uses the similar image uploader based on a flash technology. So I do not understand why on one site the image uploader works for you, and on the other - no.

I will join this discussion because my browsers can't upload either. What works: when I reload page twenty times sometimes it lets me upload files. Updated shockwave and flash. So, what do I do?
