You can do it with an internet browser as Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge or with the Phereo Shop software which is for free.
However, there is a problem: the website is using the Flash Player. Firefox has eliminated it so you can't use it. The Internet Explorer has an option to activate the Shockwave Player under options," manage add-ons" and under "security" you have to deactivate "Active-X-Filtering". Same things you have to do in Microsoft Edge. If you have executed my tips you can click "Upload" and afterwords after logging in to the website you can click on "select image" and the Windows Directory opens.
