multi-threading on auto stereo align

Trying auto stereo alighment by my Fujitsu WQ1/M, powered by 4-thread BayTrail-T, I felt it a little bit too frustrating.
However, here I tried by my 8-thread capable Core i7 920 powered PC, it took also frustrating some time.
I saw that only 1-3 threads were increased during the process - not really optimized, I am afraid.

I believe that such a task as image analysis is one of the most effective application for multi-threading.
How about optimizing the task much agressively for the multi-threading by a near future release?

Thanks,

Thanks for the found "bug", however, I'm afraid to upset you, but in fact Phereoshop uses multithreading mode. It is possible that the Qt framework somehow in its own way works with multithreading, unfortunately, we know very little about it.
