reauthentication at upload with poor Internet connectivity

Here I would like to highlight my frustration once again about the re-authentication request at an image uploading attempt, when the Internet connectivity is so poor.

It is confusing, because the credential is not really flushed.

Also it is troublesome, because even putting the credential once again, mostly simply I see "Error during communication with the server", and pressing [Retry], I am again required a credential.

I believe :

* The time-out threshold should be much longer, for a few minutes, while I am afraid it is currently just a second or so.

* The credential request should be provided only when the server response actually indicates a wrong set of credential.

* The retry action should be perform a retry attempt just by 1 action.

Kiitos,

Yes, we know about this issue and we will try to fix it in future versions of Phereoshop.
I'm sorry that you have to write about it several times. But you should know that all user requests are stored in our Backlog and that sooner or later they will be implemented ;)

Dear bulkinav,

Thank you for your so quick response.

That's fine as far as it is in your To Do list.
My report of this time is just because I happened to notice that I have never likely made this one in the public forum, and there would be other users who may feel also frustrated.

Kiitos,

By the way, for your information just in case, I happened to notice that the most of the causes of this situation looks not really due to the poor Internet connectivity.
Once shutting down the Phereoshop instance and launching another instance again, it looks restarting working well.

Maybe it is related to run-time.

Kiitos,
