Phereo Android app says my htc evo 3d doesn't support 3d view mode!

It does. How can I get it to work.
Running Android 2.3.4 and not activated for Sprint (and probably will not as I bought this to be used strictly as a wifi only device).

Hello!

We are investigating that.

In the mean time, can I ask you to do the following steps with the device:

1) Install this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... sinfodroid
2) Click on "send report" and type in this e-mail support@phereo.com

Thanks!

I installed it and when I ran it...bombed (force close).
Any other apps that would get you the information you need?

In this case, write the full model number of the device, which is specified on the About phone tab.

Yes, that fixed it. Thank you. This is great.
Occasionally the software still gets stuck when initializing the 3d display.
I never have a problem scrolling through the pictures once it is in 3d display mode.

I guess that this problem is on the side of the firmware HTC.
