I don't use it, but I have been thinking of getting a hi-resolution 2D camera and looking at adaptors that may result in me getting 8mp / side rather than the (relatively) lower resolutions available in current 3D cameras - like the Fuji Real 3D W3. I'm ready for something .....more.

i am trying this old stereo lens with a nikon ai 50 1.4 lens and my D300
the first results are good but i need to put a lens because the filter is too close
The Stereo adapter give me the possibility to take action pictures
But still the best results is taking the pictures on a good tripod with 6.5 cm difference with the same focus point. What technic do you use. Thanks for the reply

I use 3D cameras. I have the Fuji Real 3D W3 (75mm interaxial) and both the LG Optimus 3D and the LG Optimus 3D Max. I think they are 25mm interaxial....and thus good for close-ups.

Hallo. I do use a Pentax Stereo Attachment on my Nikon D7000.
Mostly it is for fast moving objects. Lens 35mm is the best for the job.
To use the stereopairs for anaglyphs give a lot of work.
