need advise on htc 3d evo

If anyone is familiar with this phone that has a 3d screen, could you please share any problems that you had with mpo files? I'm getting perfectly clear images from phereo, but if I upload same mpo files directly to my phone some of them are not working correctly. I noticed that if I angle the screen way off center I can get the depth. But direct observation creates a bad image without any 3d effect. I made mpo files with stereo photo maker and I don't see anything wrong with the files. Just a few files behave this way.
Could it be the pixel dimension or aspect ratio that phereo somehow fixes for the phone?
