NVIDIA 3D Vision II

Has anyone tried 3D Vision II shutter glasses? NVIDIA says they have improved a lot of things including image brightness. I'm curious how it looks like in real life..

Do you need a 3D computer screen to use the NVidia 3D? Or does work on a normal screen with special shutter glasses?

Hi there Mr Tux,

Yes you'll need a special fast screen also "3D" and the nvidia glasses, but here is discussed the II version of the Nvidia 3Dvision thing.

Nice new year all .

Note that you'll also need a compatible NVidia card. Seems like that should be obvious but the one in my computer is reasonably speedy but not compatible.

I really want to get a 3D toolchain going as I think Bioshock Infinite will be breathtaking in 3D when it is released. I'm thinking I may go for the NVidia 3DTV option though and parlay a passive 3DTV purchase into the deal.
